I learned today that not everyone knows about Michael's blog. For anyone who is interested I post Michael's weekly e-mails on a blog for all to read and will post pictures as we get them as well. We blog so seldom that it is hard to remember how to do it. Grandpa and I just want to express how much we loved being with all of you in the temple when Michael went through for the very first time. I hope that we can all get together and experience this again. It was just heavenly. Thanks to Mark and Sue for the wonderful lunch after. Love you all.

Elder Barton's Farewell

We have decided to have Michael's farewell early because he has friends leaving for college that he wants to be there. So mark your calendars....

Hey family!

Just wanted to let everyone know that our own Michael was ordained an elder two weeks ago and received his mission call today.

He will be serving in the Uruguay, Montevideo west mission. He leaves on October 7 and will report immediately to the MTC in Argentina.

He's real excited! His mother is less so.

thanks Chris and Sandra for the great super bowl party.. It is always fun to be at your house and a great time was had by all. Hope all of our family is well and healthy. Darla has been sick but it back at work. We extend our sympathy to Mary in the loss of Jazz. Have a happy Valentines day everyone.
